1. Do not send any product in to us without a return authorization (RA). If you do, we’ll keep it and give it to the employee of the month as a bonus. Just kidding—but please don’t send us anything without an RA.

2. Ship only in original packaging, with all accessories intact. If the product looks like it’s been used as a jet-ski or coffee warmer, or is otherwise not in like-new condition, we may charge an additional refurbishment fee.
